dirty laundry

I don't want to believe I'm sucked into anything with Logan. But its there. Its not going away.
I know things are bad back at his place. His roommates. I don't know if it has anything to do with her, the girl with the baby.
Perhaps.
He didn't get defensive when I asked about her. He says there was nothing ever between them.
"Well, maybe she doesn't know that. Maybe she really thought you liked her." I remembered seeing them together at the grocery store. He was there with the baby. They were chummy. Not that chummy, but he is kind of flirt even when maybe doesn't mean to be.
I remember how he was at the library, back in high school. Every nerdy girl there had a crush on him.
Of course, he wants me on his side in all of this. "You have to believe me. There was nothing going on. The only thing going on, is with you."
Which of course, there is still Jeremy, who never stays any later than nine. We don't kiss. We have nothing to talk about much anymore. We watch TV, and he goes home. Its kind of like babysitting, only I'm just doing his laundry for the most part.
Then there is Logan. Later. Sometimes, after midnight. And then there is our laundry.
