1. wolfmother - Its like the rebirth of the rock cd. Its not like the new stuff that you hear everyday. Its got that amazing sound you remember from your Dad's favorite LPs, yet really true for now.
2. damone - I like these songs better than expected. Her voice just gets to you after awhile. Although, you have to wonder if this is something that SuperNova wants to package or stay away from. The music is rock, but her voice is pop.
3. anti-flag - Its got a rush. Perhaps over the top. Although, to some, may think, are these guys practicing what they preach?
4. pink spiders - Ok, a little like punk at times. But I don't know if the cd is all that complete.
5. cute is what we aim for - I can never seem to remember the correct name for this band. All though, the lead has charisma in his voice, I gotta wonder what the hell is he singing about some of the time. But there are a few songs on the cd I can't help but hum afterwards.
6. dragon force - Just might be the best cd this summer. Although, they come off with a bang, one song after anther starts to blend together.
7. boy kill boy - ok, he's got a "killer's" voice or is that a Franz Ferinand rip off. Brittish pop you'll love if you are in to such a thing. Music you'll hate if you've had enough of that invasion the past year.
8. breaking benjamin - They must be catching on. They were just in town and people were flogging Homer's to see them.
9. taking back Sunday - probably this summer's cd to have. Although, they tend to keep doing the one thing they do best which is hard to explain. And I'm not sure I could listen to them over and over again.
10. yellowcard - the band I hate to admit that I like so much, but its been the one cd I've listened to again and again.
